Minced Beef In Tomato Sauce

Rice with minced beef in tomato sauce is one of the common dishes served in Hong Kong restaurants.
The rich sourness of tomatoes and the strong sweetness of onions combined with the oily aroma and rich texture of the minced meat go well with white rice. Both adults and children can’t resist it, Yummy~

Tips: Sprinkle some cheese powders and herbs after re-heat. Serve with chilli oil if you like spicy food.





Ingredients:
Beef(56%), Onion, LKK SOY sauce, Ketchup(5%), Tomato Puree(5%), Vinegar, Sugar, Chicken Stock Powder, Bay Leaves

Storage:
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume in 3 days after defrosted.

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Microwave:
    After defrost, empty contents into a microwavable container, cover and vent. Heat on 700W for 2 minutes
  2. Boil in the Bag:
    Place sealed pouch iinto saucepan of boiling water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes


Serving Suggestions:
  1. Fillings for sandwiches
  2. Fillings for omelette
  3. Serve with pizzas or breads
  4. Serve with baked or mashed potato
  5. Serve with rice or pasta
