Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetable

One of the famous Hakka dishes, it is also a common dish for banquets because it takes time to prepare. As long as this dish is steamed and heated, the fragrance of Mei Cai will come to your nose. When you take a bite of the meat, the taste will linger in your mouth.





Ingredients:
Pork(60%), Meigan Cai(15%), Shaosing Rice Wine, Sugar, LKK SOY sauce, OYSTER SAUCE, Garlic, Ginger, Salt

Storage:
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume in 3 days after defrosted.

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Microwave:
    After defrost, empty contents into a microwavable container, cover and vent. Heat on 700W for 2 minutes
  2. Boil in the Bag:
    Place sealed pouch iinto saucepan of boiling water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes


Serving Suggestions:
  1. Serve with rice
