Steamed Beef Balls

A traditional Cantonese Dim Sum, with rich fragrance, soft and chewy texture. Minced beef with water chestnuts for texture, coriander for fragrance. Don't forget to enjoy the bean curds underneath which absorb all the juices!





Ingredients:
Beef(70%), Pork(9%), Water Chestnut, Water, SOY sauce(SOYBEAN, WHEAT), Dried Mandarin Peel

Storage:
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume in 3 days after defrosted.

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Microwave:
    After defrost, empty contents into a microwavable container, cover and vent. Heat on 700W for 2 minutes
  2. Boil in the Bag:
    Place sealed pouch into saucepan of boiling water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Steam:
    Steam for 10 mins


Serving Suggestions:
  1. Enjoy after reheat
