Dried Scallops Radish Cake

A traditional Cantonese Dim Sum, it is also a common New Year gift in Lunar New Year.
Full of mooli's flavour in every bites of it, with the special fragrance of dried scallops, you will never get tired of it





Ingredients:
Mooli(66%), Chicken Stock, Rice Flour, Spanish Air Dried Ham(3%), WHEAT Starch, Chinese Sausage(3%), Shallot, Dried Scallops(1%)

Storage:
Keep refrigerated at 4°C or below. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume in 3 days.

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Microwave:
    After defrost, empty contents into a microwavable container, cover and vent. Heat on 700W for 3 minutes
  2. Steam:
    Steam for 10 mins
  3. Fry:
    Fry until golden brown (or soak in beaten eggs first)


Serving Suggestions:
  1. Enjoy after reheat
