Cold Pork Shank

One of Foshan's famous cold dishes, it is made from the whole pork shank. A little bit of garlic vinegar makes its chewy texture even better. The coolness goes surprisingly well with hot rice.





Ingredients:
Pork(80%), Vinegar, Water, Garlic, Sugar, Ginger, Green Onion, FISH sauce, Flounder FISH Powder, Chili

Storage:
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume in 3 days after defrosted.

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Ready to eat:
    Defrost to room temperature


Serving Suggestions:
  1. Defrost to 20°C for better texture
  2. Serve with hot rice and fermented tofu
  3. Serve with Garlic Vinegar or Scallion Oil
