Brown Sugar Rice Cake

One of the must-have foods in Chinese society during the Lunar New Year. The rice cakes are sweet but not too sweet, and have a chewy texture. Taking a bite during the festival is full of ritual feeling.





Ingredients:
Glutinous rice flour, Water, Brown Sugar(20%)

Storage:
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume in 3 days after defrosted.

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Fry:
    Fry until golden brown (or soak in beaten eggs first)

  1. Enjoy after reheat
